TECH STACK
Orders submitted via the Client Portal or Web API appear instantly to the dispatching team for processing.
The pickup station immediately assigns the order to an available driver, who is notified via the Deliverd mobile app.
After pickup, all shipments are consolidated at the sorting hub for processing and distribution across your network.
Once shipments reach the final delivery station, they are assigned to the appropriate driver. Each driver receives a complete delivery list on their device, including all shipment details.
Drivers complete deliveries easily, with tools to capture photos, obtain proof of delivery (POD), and reroute to an alternative location when necessary.
